What are these wallets? They look a lot different than a wallet I would keep paper money in.
When you purchase cryptocurrencies from an exchange, you actually don’t own the coins. Let’s say you purchase some Bitcoin from an exchange and keep them there. News breaks out that the exchange got hacked and the all the cryptocurrencies were stolen. Can you expect the exchange to give cover your lost coins? It’s highly unlikely the exchange will have enough reserves to cover all the lost coins, so you’ve lost all your coins.
With hardware wallets, you own the coins and reduce the risk that you’ll lose them in the event of a hack.
What happens if I lose a wallet? Do I lose my coins?
No! If you purchase a replacement wallet, you can recover your coins. You must have your recovery key available (created when you setup your wallet). Without your recovery key, you won’t be able to recover your coins, so it’s important you keep it in a safe place and hold on to it.
How Can I Return a Product?
Yes, we accept returns, but they must be in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot make any exceptions to this to keep our customers safe.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we only accept orders in the United States only, however, there are plans to add international support in the future.
